Recommended dosage
Apply with a dropper to a spoon or directly onto the tongue. Drink plenty of fluids.
Initial dose: 1 drop per day
Increase the dose by 1 drop after every 4 days if you have moderate or no symptoms. Increase the dosage after every 2 days if your symptoms are severe.
After reaching 10 drops, do not increase the dose any further.
If you missed a day, do not double the next dose!
If you are taking medication, the effect of Contraccine will be most optimal if you apply it as far away in time from your medication as possible.
For example: if you take your medication at 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., the best time to take Contraccine is 3 p.m. Even if this is not practical, make sure that you wait at least a few hours after taking your usual medication before taking Contraccine.
Herxheimer reaction
Any detox or alternative healing protocol can easily trigger the so-called Herxheimer effect, when the body activates its own healing abilities. You may temporarily experience slightly more severe symptoms, mild depression, possibly sleep disturbances, but this is a sign of recovery. This is another reason why it is very important to increase the dose gradually. This effect can last for a few days or even several weeks.
If you have such an experience, please note it in your healing diary and stop increasing the dose temporarily. Maintain the dose until you feel that your condition has returned to normal. Then continue increasing the dose as previously described.
What is the problem with vaccines?

High blood pressure
If your blood pressure returns to safe levels after taking Contraccine, do not abandon medication for high blood pressure unless your doctor advises it.
Blood disorders
Contraccine effectively cleanses the whole body, and this is most easily observed in the blood.
